Pasargad Oil Company : POC was established in July 9, 2003 in order to expand petroleum industry , in light of its value-added products ,in world and domestic market and industries.
Pasargad owns six bitumen manufacturing units in six strategic cities and ports of Iran including :Abadan ,Arak , Bandar Abbas , Tabriz , Tehran and Shiraz.
While the well-distributed units almost in all districts of country make pasargad acquire a favorable position in domestic , regional and global market ,possessing strong bitumen units in two major ports of Iran gives Pasargad export superiority.
At the present time pasargad has the capacity to supply more than 60 percent of the Iran’s bitumen production which contains various grades as below :
- Bitimen 40/50
- Bitimen 60/70
- Bitimen 85/100
- Bitimen MC250
- Bitimen Emulsion
- Bitimen 85/25
Pasargad Oil Company’s mission is investing in downstream sector of oil and bitumen related industry ; Improving quality and increasing production of different grades of bitumen (PG grading) to meet the requirements of the consumers; Customers technical support , Promoting Iran’s bitumen share in international markets.
